Sometimes I wish for a simpler life . . . . .
When all bread was homemade
When people at the fruit that was in season where they lived
That eggs came from chickens in your yard or your neighbors
That the world did not move at such a fast pace
That people did not demand that something should have been done yesterday
That kids entertained themselves without need of electronics
That people drove horse and buggies instead of cars
Then your air conditioner goes out on the hottest day of the year. I love modern conveniences.
